                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, KNOWN
                   AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED BY
                   ORDINANCE NO. 10586, SO AS TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL
                   CONDITION TO THE CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN
                   ORDINANCE NO. 10586 ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED
                   AT 4706 HIXSON PIKE, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST
                   LINE OF HIXSON PIKE SOUTHWEST OF WILLIAMS ROAD.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended known as the Zoning Ordinance, as amended by Ordinance 
No.
         10586,  be and the same is hereby amended so as to add an
         additional condition imposed by Ordinance No. 10586 on the
         following tract of land:
               
                A tract of land located at 4706 Hixson Pike, being
                on the southeast line of Hixson Pike southwest of
                Williams Road.  An unplatted tract, being the
                property described in deed book 2587, page 457,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 110I-F-11.
               
               
              	   Said additional condition is as follows:
                  
                   Additional uses of a high end resale shop for
                   fashion wear, cocktail dresses, sportswear, and
                   mother-of-the-bride apparel shall be permitted.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as 
required
         by law.
